Who ever told you weed makes you constipated obviously smokes too much crack.
It's not that they have to be crack to not understand the way weed effects a persons body it's just that they don't know.
It in fact doesn't constipate you, but the cravings for food that you eat after smoking may be what's getting someone constipated.
