What are you intending to do? Do you just want to separate the two halves or are you looking for a complete disassembly? If you just want to break the rifle down into two parts, you would need to back out the take-down screw located on the left side of the rifle. If you want complete disassembly instructions, they get quite elaborate. If any parts were get lost you may have a tough time replacing those parts. Go to Remington Arms web site as they may have a schematic available for this fine little rifle.
A schematic is available at gunpartscorp.com. Disassembly instructions should be available from Remington or the Gun Digest book of .22 rifle Assembly & Disassembly. Look for it on Amazon.
