the safest way to flash a phone is to take it to a cricket store. most stores that i know of offer this service at a relatively low cost. i on the other had bought the ppc-6700 (verizon version) pre-flashed on ebay. the phone works great... theres a few things you may have to google to get certain things to work, but overall its probably your safest bet to take it to a pro
yes
It is deemed illegal to Flash your phone before the maturity of contract with the current carrier. However, if you still want to proceed with this, you can take your phone to a local dealer and have it flashed.
The phones EEPROM has a problem the phone must be "Flashed" reprogrammed, take the phone to any Nokia authorized service centre and they will flash it.
Cricket Communications uses CDMA, so their phones do not have SIM cards.
The easy way to tell the difference is that if your phone does NOT take a SIM card, then it is probably CDMA.i know you can flash pocket and Verizon but not ones with the Sim card like T Mobil.
turn your phone off and then turn it on it might work.
a magical uniicorn will take you cellular phone and a black hole wil swallow you face hole
Take it to a shop where you bought it and ask for the managers help. If they can not help you,aks them if they know someone who can.
cricket is a cell service not a phone so this question is impossible to answer ----------------------------------- This person was being a VV153-455. The real answer to your question is that, yes, Cricket Wireless is a cell/mobile phone carrier, however assuming you meant, "Where do you put the SIM card for [a Cricket-branded phone]?", the answer is that Cricket Wireless phones use CDMA technology and phones that have SIM cards use GSM technology, so Cricket Wireless phones don't use SIM cards. So, for example, you can't take a SIM card from a GSM technology carrier and switch it to your Cricket phone. In fact, there's nowhere to put the SIM card. There's a piece of plastic covering the opening where a SIM card would go on most Cricket phones. I know. I have been with Cricket for about 5 years.
Nope. Must be flashed first. What's the big deal? Get the computer and take it to the dealer with your VIN code and have them flash it.
Cricket Wireless offers several inexpensive wireless plans with no contract. Take a look at their site for details and specifics: http://www.mycricket.com/cell-phone-plans/contract-plans.
