Yes. Since they are both mild hallucinogens, they are often taken together. What makes Ecstasy dangerous is that it is usually mixed with other drugs, and unless you have a pill testing kit, you can never really be sure what those drugs are. That is why Ecstasy is best done alone -- if you start taking other drugs with it, they might react badly with whatever's in the Ecstasy. But since marijuana is not a stimulant or a depressant drug, it doesn't affect your central nervous system the way most other drugs do. Marijuana isn't going to make your heart stop, or put you into a coma.
