All in all, yes you can but obviously if your iPod is big enough for the movie.

i am having a bit of trouble putting movies onto my iPod too, but there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to:D

No, for you see iTunes cant transfer video to any ipod other than the touch, the classic and ipod nano 5th generation. it is possible through to put a GIF on a nano (newer) and it would be without sound. You could get something like xilisofts Video converter Platinum from tpb for free or buy it. if it was a gif it would have no sound so load up something like a shuffle or other mp3 player and play the soundtrack and watch the movie

Yes you can put movies on yuor ipd by plugging it into the computer and going on the itunes store.
