simply click and drag them. if you already have movies on your iTunes, just click on it and drag it to the iPod touch just like you would a song. and if you dont have any movies, just go onto itunes and buy them, or Limewire. but i dont recommend using limewire, it can give you viruses and gives your ipod touch glitches. plus it takes forever to download.
