In order to lose 1 pound, you have to burn 3,500 calories. If you can run on the treadmill for hours until you lose 3,500 calories, then i guess... yes! But that would be too dangerous! Ask your doctor first! In my entire life, i never heard from anyone that they lost 1 pound in 1 day.. but i am not saying its not possible. If you want to lose weight fast, try not eating at night time. Make sure to eat small meals throughout the day and at least 30-45 minutes of cardio per day or at least 4 times a week. Walking is the best exercise... try walking in the park or around your neighbor hood! Walking on a treadmill can cause serious joint problems! Good luck :)
