YES! I am using 3 types of mustard so far. All 3 are 0 calorie...this is critical. Be sure to read the label because many great mustards are recipes that are higher in cals. French's plain yellow, Flochmans Chili Dog flavored and Flochmans Tabasco flavored. They are very helpful and I am a mustard fan anyway but these really help. I add them to Red wine vinegar, Apple cider vinegar and worcestershire sauce (all 0 calorie) to make some spicy salad dressings... ummy.
