No. -Yes you can change the name. I did, you have to go to the 'My Channel' screen and under your channel art there is a white rectangle with 'Home' 'Videos' 'Playlists' ect. Hover over the rectangle and in the top right corner there will be a gray pencil icon. Click on it and then click channel settings. It will take you to another screen that has your icon and name. Besides your name it will say 'Change' in blue letters. Click that and you will be able to change it from there. Sorry this is so long...
