There is a wild Pokemon modifier code that makes all wild Pokemon shiny for Platinum. I was very happy when I found it. (:

And yes, they do stay shiny after you save the game as well.

yes there is although it depends wat one you want. I have the player, weather, Pokemon and event modifiers and all mine work although i have the European version that works in aus so hope this helps ya out if not ask another question and ill tell u the codes

if you are saying how do you get arceus with the Pokemon modifier code for Pokemon heartgold than i have the awnswer otherwise no1.run into a random Pokemon with the Pokemon modifier2.refill your master balls and hold L for at least 5 seconds in tall grass.3 run into a wild Pokemon and if u did it correct you will have run into a wild arceus!
