How does Pikachu learn volt tackle on Pokemon Platium?

You must have 2 Pikachus(Male and Female). One of them must be holding Light Ball. Just bring them to the breeding center. The Pichu will know Volt Tackle, and when it evolves, it will still know it as long as you didn't make it forget it.

Only 5% of pikachu's have one in the wild, then once you have that get a girl and boy pikachu or girl and boy raichu. If you want a boy pichu with volt takle, give the light ball to the girl, if you want a girl pichu with volt takle, give it to the boy. Then put them both in the daycare in solaceon town and run around in that town passing the day care, after you pass it a few times you may notice hes looking towards the path, which means he has an egg for you. Then take the egg and run in that town, stoping when he has an egg for you. set your touch screen to the app where it counts your steps. It takes just about 3000 steps. there is a 87% chance it worked, so you should try to get a few eggs.

Starting from Pokemon Emerald and later games, have a female Pikachu or Raichu hold a Light Ball*. Take the Pokemon to the Daycare and breed it with a Ditto or another Pokemon from the Fairy or Ground Egg Groups (another Pikachu or Raichu would be the simplest option). Breed a pichu while the pikachu is holding a light ball and the baby pichu will have the move volt tackle.

first catch pikachu. a male and female. you need to have an item called light ball. it is rarely found with a wild pikachu.when they r in the daycare center, make the male hold the light ball. they will breed and make an egg. the egg will hatch into a pichu. it will have thundershock, tail whip, growl and VOLT TACKLE!!!!

it does work lucky for me i got the light ball the first time i tried stealing from a pikachu. I have platinum and my couple in the daycare center had 5 ULTRA PICHUS in 6 minutes!!!!!!! Ohh ye and it doesnt get those moves first off in platinum it gets the first three moves that the pikachu holding the light ball has and the fourth one will be volt tackle

What you do is you go hunting for wild pikachu's. If you are lucky enough the wild pikachu might be holding a 'light ball' which is extremely rare as you only have a 5% chance that you will come across one with one. Then if you found out that you found a pikachu with a light ball in your PC go to the day- care and put in your pikachu with a ditto and then breed. if for whatever reson you can not catch a ditto put an opposite gender pickachu in and when the egg hatches it will be a pichu and it will have volt tackle if not raise it up levels and it will learn it.

P.S REMEMBER YOU STILL HAVE THAT LIGHT BALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how do you get a light ball I've caughten 15 pikachu and no light ball :( :(

look for pokeballs just lying there you should find a light ball somewhere, and also theres cheats for those kind of things.

You have to catch a pikachu in the safari zone it should be holding a light ball give on to the female and breed to together then it should no volt tackle then raise it up to a raichu

BUT...

Pikachu's are very rare in the sarfari zone anyway but holding a light ball aswell is twice as rare so be paient

Pikachu cannot learn volt tackle!!! A pichu can though. Go to Solaceon Town go to the house next to the Pokemon center. The guy will tell you to catch a certain Pokemon. Then after that fly to Pastoria where you battled Wake. Go to the house near the water. where the guy in overalls are standing.Then give the heart scale to the guy then...Bam!! Pichu could forget a move and learn volt tackle!!(Or,Breed a Cherrim and a pikachu holding the light orb then after the day care guy gives you an egg.Then ap ichu will hatch and it will know Volt tackle!!)
