Although I have my doubts, it is quite possible that Michael Jackson is indeed the biological father of his three children. First of all you have to understand that African-Americans in general have a very large proportion of white ancestry in them. There were many, many inter-racial marriages even before the civil rights movement in the 60's and far before then it was very common for white slave owners to have children with their slaves. Thomas Jefferson has many decendants which are African-American. On average if you look at a true full-blooded African i.e. someone who was actually born in Africa and compare them to the average African-American, they will most likely look very different from each other, with major differences in not just the skin tone but also in the facial features.

Joe Jackson to me looks like his background is less than half African. Look at pictures of him, he actually has very light eyes, and I don't think any of his facial features are at all African. In fact, I think he looks exactly like a typical white person but just with dark skin. Katherine Jackson, looks like she has more African blood than Joe, but she is most likely only half African herself.

Tito Jackson had three children (Tariano, Taryll and Tito Joe) to a woman called Delores Martes, who looks to be of Hispanic background. If you just happened to see one of them on the street without knowing that their father was black, then you probably wouldn't think they were black at all, in fact they look more Hispanic. But if someone told you there were Tito's kids then you could definitely see the resemblance.

Basically, there is A LOT of white blood in the Jackson family, and I would therefore say that Michael Jackson himself is less than half African himself. So that means that his children with Deborah Rowe, a full-blooded white woman, with blonde hair and blue eyes, will most likely look very white, as they would have at the very most only 25% African blood in them. Just look at Rasida Jones (daughter of Quincy Jones) or Stacey Dash's daughter.

Most likely they are his kids, and I base this mainly on what Tito's kids look like. Even though the Jackson kids had relatively dark skin and some had very African features, such as broad noses, their physical appearances are not necessarily a representation of their true genetics and the traits they would pass on to their children. If they end up having kids with a full-blooded white person, their kids will most likely end up looking very white indeed. When people like Joe and Katherine, who both have a decent amount of African blood in them, have children, it is likely that their African genes will be emphasised and their children will display prominent African features. However, when one of these children, such as Michael, has offspring with a full blooded white woman, then the Caucasian genes will be emphasised and his children will most likely display incredibly white features.
