your body has a biological clock built into your brain so even if you went to sleep in a room with no lights you would wake up at the time you would usual y wake up, so when you start to go to sleep at day and wake at night it throws this 'clock' off balance and you will start to feel tired and your brain will not function properly it is only after about 1yr when your brain will start to get used to used to different times
Although they are both very bad for you, it is probably better to stay up all night. A small amount of broken sleep will do more to you than staying up all night, and will make it slightly harder to sleep the next day.

You do not need to stay up all night. Kids and teenagers need 10-12 hours of sleep every night to be alert and smart during the school day! Staying up all night to "cram" just makes you sleepy and dull the next day, and you're more likely to make a bad grade than if you just skimmed your notes and tried your best.
well... getting alot of sleep is good, but when you stay up late and sleep in you will probably stay up late the next night and sleep in later then you will go to bed even later and wake up even later.... so sometimes it can be good and sometimes bad. I would know; in the summer I would stay up all night and sleep all day when school came, the night before i took sleeping pills went to bed at 10:30 pm and woke up at 3:00 am and didnt go back to sleep till 10:45 the next night. jessica miller
Not on its own but they want to be up at night and if you keep waking them up during the day they won't get enough sleep.
have ur friends sleep in shifts while the make sure u stay awake!!!!
Its bad for anyone of any age to only sleep two hours a night. You could suffer many things and will have trouble staying awake and focused during the day. Sleeping for nine to twelve hours is healthier.
Not too bad..well.it's just a routine problem.If you can defeat your will of sleeping then you can get rid of the over sleeping thing.Our psychology is very much involved in this matter.If we compell our mind to sleep more it will make us sleep more and if we decide to get up early in the morning, then we do so.

They have several stops where they get out of the weather and get some sleep. They go to Rivendell once. They stay at Beorn's house. They stay in a cave but that turns out to be a bad idea because they get kidnapped by goblins.
its not bad to sleep with a bra on..its just a myth when people say that your boobs wont grow if you wear a bra on at night. You can't get cancer from it but if you wear a wire bra it's not good for the breast tissue to be squeezed in all night. It is better to sleep without.
Too much sleep is definitely bad for you, it makes you gain weight. And you are also missing out on meals, and when you get up your going to just want to eat, it wont be in different portions. I recommend 8-10 hours of sleep every night. However, if we sleep 7 hours a day, that can also be bad for us. I sleep 9 hours every night, and I have woke up healthy for the past 29 years. Just sleep for 8-10 hours every night, and everything will be just right :)
