SOLER is a non-verbal listening technique used in communication. It can be very effective, depending on the situation, and the individuals involved. SOLER reminds us that five basic components of non-verbal communication can improve the listening process; Face people squarely; the bodily orientation that you adopt conveys a message that you are involved.
