Any drug can provoke allergic response. Every one is unique and different. So some individuals give individual response to the given drug. All the drugs can give allergic response in some individuals. Some drugs are more prone to give allergic response. No drug is designed to give an allergic response. It will not be called as drug in that case.
An idiosyncratic reaction is a response or susceptibility to a drug that is peculiar to an individual.

The Importance of Drug receptor is when we add Drug + Receptor we form this Pharmaceutical - Response which causes the drug to stay or metabolize in a finite or fix period of time which causes to avoid or lower the adverse effect of the drug. DRUG + RECEPTOR > DRUG - RECEPTOR COMPLEX | PHARMA RESPONSE
Drug action is the mechanism by which drug exerts its effects (i.e. the way it acts in the body to produce its effects). Drug response is the improvement or effect observed when the drug is administered. Drug effect is the improvement (or the portion thereof) due to the physiological mechanism itself. The drug effect is calculated by subtracting the placebo arm from the drug arm of a randomized controlled trial (RCT). In other words, drug response - placebo response = drug effect.

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is not a psychological "high" in the traditional sense. It is a relaxing and pleasurable tingling sensation that some individuals experience in response to certain auditory and visual stimuli. ASMR is not associated with altered states of consciousness or euphoria typically seen with drug-induced highs.
it is because once a neuron or synapse has been altered by a drug, it cannot function normally unless the drug is present, so with repeated exposure to a drug a person addicted to the drug develops tolerance to the drug.
