As long as you're warm and comfortable, there's nothing particularly unhealthy or healthy for you about sleeping naked -- i.e no real affect.

Family dynamics may suggest that, if you're living with your kids and they're a certain age, it's potentially psychologically and/or socially problematic.

The body was not intended for cloths. Areas of our bodies have glands that need to breath. Pubic areas in general have a higher number of sweat and sebatious glands. So by sleeping naked we allow more air to circulat to these areas and reduce the risk of bacteria build up wich can lead to infections and unpleasant ouders.

Whether alone or with a partner, sleeping naked and having skin-to-skin contact causes our bodies to release oxytocin. It makes you feel more rested and feel more positive about your body, on occasion.
