Safe is more of a subjective term than an objective one. But I will tell you what ecstacy can do to you as soon as you take your first dose. Some possible effects are: Cold sweats, Nausea, Depression, Anxiety, Confusion, Blurred vision, Brain damage, Teeth clenching, Trouble sleeping, and future addiction. One of the more serious problems that can occur with taking ecstasy is impaired memory and memory function. Ecstasy reduces the amount of serotonin in the brain (an important neurotransmitter) and can lead to severe depression, mood swings, and even learning disorders.
With this information you can decide if it's really worth the risk; but in my opinion, it's not safe.
