Some people have periods that last for 2 weeks, however a week-9 days is more average. If your period does not normally last for 9 days, then you should speak to your doctor about it
All this means is that your period is longer than normal. The fact you had sex a few days before your period doesn't change your menstrual flow.
Yes, it is typically not normal. I suggest you see a doctor or tell an adult. :P
Spotting or a light period is normal. If you are bleeding heavily or for more than a few days I would contact you obstetrician to be safe
If you haven't had your period for more than 30 days it can be a result of: Stress Pregnancy menopause
you should be having a full period if you miss more than three days
A period can have light to very heavy flow from minor to severe cramping from 3-8 days
You need to go see your doctor ASAP. This isn't normal at all. Your period should last no longer than 7-9 days. If you have your period for more than 10 days strait, then something is up. I would recommended seeing your doctor right away!!!
More than likely if you are young/in your teens, then it is normal for things like this to happen as your body is continuously changing and has to get used to a normal pattern of menstruation.
