Like the other amphetamines, it is never safe to take ecstasy since it is almost always spiked with extremely addictive and dangerous drugs such as methamphetamine hydrochloride. All the amphetamines and their derivatives cause dangerous and progressive cardiovascular problems which accounts for the high number of deaths from these drugs
If you are stupid enough to continue using the stuff, you will soon need more than nose surgery...or perhaps you will need no surgery at all :) Good luck.
