Crying yourself to sleep can be a sign of emotional distress or mental health issues, but it doesn't necessarily mean you are "emo." Emo is a style of music and fashion associated with emotions, and crying may be a reaction to personal struggles or difficulties. It's important to seek support and talk to someone about what you are going through.
you can die younger
it depends, cause you could wake yourself up well having a bad dream...or just wake yourself up...its hard to explain!!
its not bad to sleep with a bra on..its just a myth when people say that your boobs wont grow if you wear a bra on at night. You can't get cancer from it but if you wear a wire bra it's not good for the breast tissue to be squeezed in all night. It is better to sleep without.
Too much sleep is definitely bad for you, it makes you gain weight. And you are also missing out on meals, and when you get up your going to just want to eat, it wont be in different portions. I recommend 8-10 hours of sleep every night. However, if we sleep 7 hours a day, that can also be bad for us. I sleep 9 hours every night, and I have woke up healthy for the past 29 years. Just sleep for 8-10 hours every night, and everything will be just right :)
because you touch yourself at night
because you touch yourself at night
Refrain from napping after school. Keep yourself active until you are dead tired. Give yourself 8 hours of sleep every night. Depending on certain people, sometimes getting more, or getting less can cause you to be tired. After 8 hours of sleep, you should feel refreshed. And remember, taking a nap DOES NOT make up for the sleep you already lost. You're just setting off your sleep cycle.
Yes, it is. Your body does need rest.
I usually don't cry in my sleep. But whenever it happens it has something to do with me. Usually, crying in my sleep is also a message to me. I remember a few years ago I was crying very hard in my sleep. At first, I had no idea what I was crying about. My friend heard me crying and woke me up. The second night and a few nights after that the same thing happened. A friend of mine who can analyze dreams help me to understand. The dream was used to alert me something bad was going to happened which would affect me. It did. When it did, because I had already dealt with it in my sleep, the impact of it was not hard. This afternoon, I took a nap. I woke up crying, in the dream I was saying goodbye to my friends, in reality I will be moving away, however at this time they are not aware of it. I hope that help to give you some understanding. Such dreams are messages which has something to do with you. Always analyze your dreams with what is happening in your wake life. Two people can have the same dream but it will mean different things for each of them. It also can mean you are under a great deal of stress. My psychiatrist told me that is a common symptom...crying upon waking.
Crying every night can be a sign of emotional distress or an underlying issue that may benefit from professional support. It's important to pay attention to your mental health and seek help if you find yourself struggling to cope with your emotions. You deserve to feel supported and find healthier ways to express your feelings.
someone who'd obviously had a very bad sleep the night before!
