Your "True" height is first thing in the morning. height and weight should be measured first thing in the morning.. as the day progresses your height slowly declines.. it should only be between a 1/2in to 3/4in difference... when you sleep at night your body expands back to the correct size and once again the next day you are STANDING TALL AGAIN!
