I actually disagree with that. I am a teenager myself and I don't think there is a way to be a "normal teenager" because EVERY teen is different.
You already do. When you are asleep, as a child or teenager, you grow very much (relative to how much you would normally grow in the daytime). Since you are not using your body as much, the body can make its repairs and grow.
These hormones are telling you to do something. what is that something is the question? what your hormones are actually telling you is to sleep with your mothers boyfriend. If she married sleep with her husban. If he is your father that's OK he will understand. Just ask nice!
