Stay off your bed at all times unless you're just about to go to bed. Eventually your body will start to adjust and your brain will know that as soon as you're on your bed it's bedtime.
Wake up earlier and don't fall back to sleep after waking up in the morning.
Don't sleep in but still try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep a night.
Get on a sleep cycle and stick to it. Having a bedtime, while it does sound childish, is very helpful in starting a cycle.
