Stay off your bed at all times unless you're just about to go to bed. Eventually your body will start to adjust and your brain will know that as soon as you're on your bed it's bedtime.
Wake up earlier and don't fall back to sleep after waking up in the morning.
Don't sleep in but still try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep a night.
Get on a sleep cycle and stick to it. Having a bedtime, while it does sound childish, is very helpful in starting a cycle. Just set a time to go to sleep and as soon as that time comes go right to bed and lay until you fall asleep. It may take awhile to get to sleep at first but eventually you'll adjust to it.
Exercise; if you aren't doing so already. If you are exercising and you aren't tired then you aren't spending enough time exercising or you just aren't working hard enough.
You can try herbal remedies like tea right before bed.
It's possible that you have some degree of insomnia and just have difficulty getting to bed due to whatever is going on in your life; be it stress, anxiety, etc. If that's the case you should look into some kind of sleeping medication.
