You could try knocking him out and tying him up but he might get away drugs are a nice alternitive keep him real druged out he would move he might be a slight vegtable but he will be your vegtable :) or just tell him how you feel that might work
I doubt you will have much success in this manner. Relationships are about trust and honesty. You made a statement that you are not to be trusted and dishonest. The best thing to do here is to learn from your mistakes and try to be a more honest person. Lying should always end a relationship.
