Medium nasty. Cogentin is used to offset physical/motor effects of antipsychotics ( which is probably tardive dyskinesia) and some forms of Parkinsonism. As the drug doesn't reach full effect for a few days when taken orally, snorting it will pump a LOT of it into your bloodstream quickly, but won't reduce the amount of time it takes for this med to actually do anything. So the results of this are unpredictable and, as it's a powerful med, unpredictable isn't good. As this med is supposed to be taken with water, that's usually an indication that it may be irritating to the mouth and upper GI tracts. If that's so, slamming it into your nose's mucous membrane should hurt, and quite likely do some damage. In summary, no high, painful method of dosing... why do it? Dangerous and painful.
