Two answers, depending on what you mean by "gagged."

When you are giving a guy head, and you gag it feels really good to them b/c of the quick pleasurable pressure put on the end of their cock.

If, however, you are talking about "stuff a handkerchief in her mouth so she can't talk" gagging, you're dealing with a form of bondage and domination (BD) sex.
