Yes, indeed you can. It happens to me a couple times a week for no discernible reason. Sometimes I can tell I should be hungry but instead I feel a burning nausea. I force myself to eat, usually something fatty/salty like Taco Bell, then I feel better.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are also (as no surprise) the exact same times every day; soon after you wake up you get hungry. Because you are hungry, you eat, and that is breakfast time. Repeat this same need to eat because you are hungry throughout the day and you have the rest of the times.
