Females do not have sperm. Sperm is produced in the testes of a male and females do not have them.

There are people (either transgender, hermaphrodite, shemale, etc) that may choose to pass themselves off as female when their body type is actually closer to male (and has testes). Those types of people may (in rare cases) produce sperm. However they are (from a medical standpoint) not considered females.

In other words: Girls simply do not have sperm; and if they do than they categorically are not girls they are either males pretending to be female or they are something in between.
