Ulquiorra supposedly dies by fillers in episode 136, yet appears later in the episode. The episode date when he actually dies is unkonwn, but can be found in the manga. He dies in episode 272. He kills Ichigo, by releasing his zanpakuto, and greatly overpowering him, becoming strong enough to resist the Lunar Fang, then after beating Ichigo up uses what I call a, *bankai* but is really called resurection, segund etapa. He is the only of the arrancars with a second release, or bankai, which Lord Isan hasn't seen him in the form. Here, he beats Ichigo up again, and then Orihime and Uryu show up. Ulquirra kills Ichigo with Cero Oscurus while he is held by Ulquiorra's tail, then tosses him of the cliff where he is, then Orihime uses a moving shield to catch him. However, Ulquiorra uses a charge similer to the one he used when he started fighting Ichigo, and knocks Uyru into one of the pillers. As Uyru tries a new trick, Ulquirra grabs his wrist and breaks it. Orihime see Uyru and tries to protect him, fails. Somehow, Ichigo becomes a full hollow with a zanpakuto (still Zangetsu) due to the hole Ulquiorra made with his cero. Ichigo's cero matched his, and then overpowers him. He wins, and finishes him off poorly, due to Ulquiorra's resistance. Then the hallow decides to stay him in the throat, but Uyru stops him by grabbing his wrist. He isn't strong enough to hold him back, but Uyru starts yelling, and Ichigo charges a cero on Uyru. Orihime starts yelling, and aims it between them both, thinking she is going to betray him too. Ulquiorra then saves the 2 but cutting off part of his mask (a horn like part of it) and the cero discharges on Ichigo, and blasts off Ulquiorra's Wing, arm, and leg, and burns part of his tail. Ichigo then gains instant regeneration for the hole, and becomes normal again (with added regeneration, along with his vizord abilities). Then Ulquiorra challanges Ichigo, however, Ichigo asks for the same damage he has to make it fair. However, he begins fading into dust before he can. Ulquiorra asks Ichigo to finish him off as he always wanted to, but Ichigo declines. So Ulquiorra then dies, understanding Orihime. Rumar: Ulquiorra used a method to slowly turn to dust, looking as if he is dieing, and when touched or attacked will speed the process, and is actually still alive.

In the next episode, it went to some other time in the Soul Society with a completely different setting, it had nothing to do with Aizen or anything. But, in the manga, I think from episode 340-355, he...never mind, I don't want to spoil it. EPISODE 271 to be exact. Not in English dub yet

Yeah he does not by that stupid arrancar it was aziens zakpoktoe move. He dies by ichigo because ichigo died almost and then his true power unleashed against the released ulquiorra and was claimed vasto lordes and used a sondio or whatever and sliced off the arm of ulquiorra anyway he said before he died "what is this ?" "a heart............." and dies yeah he does but that's only part of it i mean he doesn't say that when he dies he says, "her heart was right........" then he disappears and says, ".......in my hands." and then dies. man i think that orihime liked ulquiorra and ulquiorra was starting to like orihime because before he said all of that he said something like, "I'm dieing when I'm finally getting interested in you people."

I'll guess that Yammy tried to smash Orihime while Ichigo was fighting Ulquiorra and was going to interfere, but Uryu sets a land mine that Mayuri designed. He falls downs several floors, where Rukia is. After the fall Uyru was easily able to overpower Yammy and defeats him, then leaves to take Orihime to Ichigo (skipping all that). Then while Rukia, Chad, and Renji were fighting the one arrancar assassin leader, he freezes, and Yammy destroys him, which he grew greatly. Then releases his zanpakato, burning the 1, and revealing the fact after he releases, the numbers go from 1-10, to 0-9, making him the most powerful of the espada. The 3 are overpowered by Yammy. After this, Ichigo (who finished his battle, Ulquiorra killed by him, then Orihime's cry brought him back as a complete hollow and easily overpowered him. This was NOT his hollow self exactly, because he wanted to protect Orihime still) Uyru was with him. But even so, Ichigo using his hollow mask and Uryu were overpowered by yammy (Ichigo's mask vanished after 5 minutes, which still wasn't enough) Then Byakuya and Kenpachi came, and were even matched. Then finally, Mayuri came in, and Byakuya had to hold yammy down, and Mayuri had to use bankai, Ichigo used Getsuga Tenshou, Chad and Uyru and Rukia and Renji used full force as well and completely disabled Yammy. Yammy was defeated, it shows that Nel revert back to her adult self and released her zanpakuto, and she had fought him. They were near evenly matched, until she ran behind him and stabbed him in the shoulder, then the head.
Why did ichigo turn into a vasto lorde hollow the one when he was fighting with ulquiorra instead of a full hollow the one when he was fighting with zangetsu or the vizard training?
At the Vizard training he was at Adjuchas level. After the training he went on to fight Grimmjow and other people I believe During these fights he used his hollow mask so he got in more practice and then he reached Vasto Lorde level, as we saw when he was fighting Ulqiorra (Final battle). So to answer your question, Ichigo did go Full Hollow in the Vizard training because he was fighting his inner hollow, but he was NOT at Vasto Lorde level at the time.

Ok people been hearing many different answers like Gin killed Aizen but... it wasnt him The real person the killed Aizen was Ichigo (I wouldn't be surprised) there was a duel between them as Aizen almost killed Gin with one blow with his sword then Ichigo stepped in before Aizen killed this other soul reaper (haha sorry don't know her name) after Ichigo set down his dad on the ground Ichigo wanted to make a deal to fight somewhere else then where there is a whole lot of people but Aizen said no after Ichigo grabbed Aizen by the face flew in the air found a far spot from everyone and throw him at the ground after that they talk for a little then they faught Aizen swing his sword at Ichigo but he block it with his and a huge rock just slice in half and evaporated in the sir Aizen taught that was his sword but Ichigo told him the true that the rock that evaporated was from his sword... Ichigo flew to Aizen and hit him with his sword and it damage him pretty bad but Aizen turned in a full hallow creature thing and tried to kill Ichigo but Ichigo use his newest move "The Final Getsuga Tenshou" and Ichigo was the move was Ichigo's hair turn really long and black Ichigo used the move sliced Aizen in half but to do the move Ichigo would have to loose his soul reaper powers! Itchigo lost his powers and Aizen was still alive but Badly injured by Ichigo's blast then Ichigo's teacher (forgot name also but he has 2 children living with him with a cool hat) stepped in and put a seal on Aizen after the seal took effect Aizen died. So Mostly Aizen died from Ichigo and a little of his teacher help too.
