What are the best types of Pokemon to breed on Pokemon emerald?

In Emerald, all Pokémon except legendaries and babies (such as Pichu) can breed with Ditto, even Pokémon with no gender. In all the games, the rule is the same except the only legendary that can breed with Ditto is Manaphy, which produces Phione. A strange case is Nidorina and Nidoqueen: the male counterparts and both Nidoran genders can breed, but Nidorina and Nidoqueen can only breed with Ditto.

Wailord(Get it by fishing with a super rod and getting a Wailmer then evolve it at level 36)

Claydol( get it by getting a Baltoy in the Route 111 Desert and evolving it into Claydol at lv 36)

Altaria( Get a Swablu in the place on the other side of the bridge at the back of Fallabor and evolve it into Altaria at lv 35)

Breloom( get a Shroomish from Route 104 and evolve it to a Breloom at lv 23)
