How to obtain fourth badge in Pokemon silver?

OK so the fourth gym leader is Maylene. She uses fighting type pokemon. i recommend a staraptor ( if you have one ) or a staravia. the odd one out is lucario though which is a steel and fighting type pokemon. so i recommend a fire or a ground type to finish off lucario.

first beat the first man standing in the gym then take a right to the corner and go ahead neat the second and then take left go ahead beat the third then take a right beat the fourth man and come stand in front of leader and walk away

You have to go to eruckteak city and then go to the burned tower. you will find morty the gym leader and eusine. you will also see three legendery pokemon. after that go to the gym to verse morty the gym leader
