∙ 11y agofirst, when you beat L.T. Surge and you attempt to walk to the shortcut to Cerulean City and there's two people who will tell you you've won a contest and they give you an s.s. Anne ticket, so you take it and in the basement there's a few Team Rocket grunts, so you beat those losers and in the last room the hatchet lies.
