Why wont the 3arc unlock work on ps3?

Because it does not unlock the DLCs that must be purchased and you must purchase the 4 different Black Ops map blacks from the PlayStation Store at $15 each. Playstation Plus members were offered the game and all 4 DLCs for $46 in the beginning of June 2012. Now the price is no longer offered at 50% off.
