ok let me guess u click play it says preparing to launch but it never launches ok heres the help u have been lookin for #1 if ur PC has alot of accounts on them it might be helping it not launch #2 if u have alot of programs on ur PC it might be the problem or if that dosent work and u did all that and it still dosent work an ur mad at me because of wut i told u to do just use system restore or it could be because of ur PC it can be because of ur computer being well out of date with updates not good grapics card my brother makes costom computers for $ he can get u one $100 less and better than aleanwhare PC he can get u a good grapics card relly good runing gameing PC for around $800 with costomasion offers email me at kfun101@gmail.com if ur looking into buying a PC from him thx hope this helps
