2)A new newspaper
3) Or a new field op
But it will start to go back to normal in less than 20 minutes...hoped this helped

Because club penguin is a busy website, it can't load very quickly. It also depends on if you have good broadband or not. My broadband is quite fast and club penguin takes about 30 seconds to load.
