You go back to Lavender town and go to the top of Pokemon tower. Before that you have to do the poster thing in the game corner and invade an enemy base... POKEMON STYLE!

Depends mainly on the game that you are playing. Since I only remember the Red series solutions, I shall say it here. There are two towns, known as Saffron and Celadon, and, as you may know, Celadon has elements of Team Rocket, and Saffron has been dominated by it. The Saffron element is based in the main building tower in the middle of the city, but to gain access to it, you must defeat the Rocket Elements in Celadon city. They are based in the Gambling building. There is in this situation, a person standing in front of a poster. Eventually he disappears, but since it has been a while since i have done this i do not remember. Once he disappears, go up to the poster and press A. There should be a prompt asking you whether or not to press a button. Go with the normal Human response, Curiosity, and press it. Some stairs should open up to the right of your position. Once in, you must solve the puzzle of getting to the the Rocket Leader in the bottom of the Installation and defeat him. Once you do, He leaves. I don't remember what happens to the place after that, but, Back in Saffron, The Guard that was standing in front of the door has fallen asleep and has moved to the side. Take this chance to infiltrate Silph Corporations and defeat the Rocket occupation inside. Once you have destroyed their Garrison's Pokemon, the Rocket City Control group will leave and you will be free to Dominate the psychic ( I think) Gym in the town. Oh, and when you are fighting the Rockets, listen to Immediate Music's songs. This'll make your game seem more Epic than it is, and you will pwn them more epically!
