well my bagon didnt evolve till it was lvl 40 i think try tht kk
but it should become a shelgon on level 30, so then something happened to your bagon

You probabally just caught him like that, try leveling him up one or two levels then he might evolve. Also make sure he's not holding anything because that might hinder the process.

im not sure if you can in ruby but try this go to meteor falls go up the waterfall you see while still in the base of the cave once up it go threw the small paths nd go to the place where you get the TM dragon claw nd walk around there nd if bagon is catchabul you should see one in at the most 9 tries if you want to push it nd really be sure do about 15 nd if you dnt get one within 15 tries around the area where you got the TM dragon claw then id say he is impossible 2 catch in ruby

Steps: 1.) You go to Route 114 and enter the cave, Meteor Falls. 2.) Run across the bridge and then go down the stairs, use "Surf" towards the waterfall 3.) Use "Waterfall" to go up the waterfall (lol) and then enter through to entrance 4.) Run towards the ladder that goes down and go down. 5.) Run towards the left, then go up North to the ladder that leads up and go up. 6.) Go up the stairs and keep going until you get all the way up (you may need to battle the Dragon Tamer) 7.) Salamance must be evolved from Shelgon at level 50 and evolved from Bagon at level 30. Bagon can be found at the deepest part of Meteor falls BEFORE you beat the Elite four, But AFTER obtaining 8 badges. Bring waterfall, if you find the TM dragon Claw you on the right track. you can still get Bagon after the elite four im just saying that meteor falls is expanded so the "Bagon Room" isn't the farthest room, you need surf+waterfall thus 8 badges

There is only a 5% chance that a Horsea or Bagon will hold a Dragon Scale. Try getting a quick Pokemon that knows Thief or Covet and a fainted Pokemon that has the ability Compoundeyes. Put the fainted Pokemon first and the Pokemon with Thief or Covet second. Then keep finding Horseas or whatever and hope. If you are still unsure, look up some of these words on http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net.

What is an easy way to train bagon in Pokemon battle arena?
You get it at Metorfalls Level 25 or 30 or 35 you do get it at meteor falls but there is a certain room you need 2 get him in: (you might want to use a repel 4 this). you have to go up the waterfall and the go in the entrance or whatever. then u go down the stairs a make a u turn to the left and u will see stairs that go up. now you are gonna have to challenge people.(only like 2 battles) challenge the old couple and go up the series of small stairs challenge the dragon tamer. go down the slopes and STAY CLOSE TO THE LEFT. now there will be 2 choices: go down another slope or take the regular plain ground. take the ground path with no slopes. go in the stairs then surf. go UP until u find an entrance. surf to the other side of the room and then if you still have a repel in effect run it off and you will find bagon in that room at level 25 to 35. they are rare and mostly you find crobat and solrock but just keep tryin! hope this helps!!!!!
