Customers complained if any worldwide title would not work in the PS3. Release of European PS3 model had to be with partial Software emulation further making less titles that worked perfectly. Everyone does not understand that games are only licensed for the PS2 and they can not make the Developer fix the games to work in the PS3. Some developer were merged or out of business and other did not want they games compatible and instead wanted to sell new games. Sony found it could not make a PS3 that could play all the PS2 titles even when they used the PS2 emotion engine. It's not just one problem or even only the ones mentioned.
they stopped making friends because it had gone on for a long time and they thought it was time to stop :(, i love friends!
Yes I can use my Sony Bravia BR6 HDTV remote to play PS3 Blue ray Discs and DVDs including the play, stop, pause, fast forward and other functions. I do not know if every Sony TV remote works like this only that mine does and when I purchased a Sony Home theater I found that remote also worked
No, there is no plan for PlayStation to stop making PS3 games. The company recently released the PS4 console. PS3 games do not work in the PS4.
Talk to them about it.
This new bug with the PS3 is caused by a error with the PS3s internal clock. Sony says that this bug should be fixed in around 24 hours, but until then, it is advised that you don't use your PS3. Some are reporting that the bug has been fixed, however.
Sony hasn't stopped making the PSVita.
Sony stopped making the PlayStation 1 because they released the PSone, a smaller, redesigned version.
If you buy it at game stop check the sticker and see if it says <BC>
i heard sony is gonna stop making ps2 in Jan 2010 is that true?No there are games being released this year, but many less than in years past.
No it's not. In fact it probably won't ever be. Back in 2007 Xbox 360 updates used to add more games to the backwards compatible list. Ever since Sony decided to stop doing similar updates, Microsoft decided it just wasn't very cost effective. I hope this answers your question.
Sony purchases an interest in companies that develop video games and those companies will continue to develop games
Sony is going to stop in 2013
They didn't. 60GB were the only ones that they stopped because they could play PS2 games (Backwards Compatibility) which lowered their PS3 game sales.
No
Hell yes, its like saying will they keep producing ps1 and ps2 games...
...............
Heck yes because why would Sony stop making portable games for their fans, they won't make a lot of money.
