most of them are yes.
some websites do but some don't put a virus protector on your computer or laptop and it will tell u if the website has a virus or not
No cheat engine does not contain viruses, but because it uses a rootkit to get into the games to get the memory, virus protection such as AVG will pick that up and send you warnings, but no, ive used cheat engine for about two years now. But when you do scan it to be on the safe side, if it picks up something called "hack tool rootkit" i think it is, just ignore it, that's the kit. +cheat engine has never given me a virus. !

No, but most antivirus programs will mistake it for a virus because of how it works.
Cheat Engine, will not harm your computer. Many anti-virus programs will say it is a virus, but it is definitely not.
cheat engine is a hack, virus, kelogger and everything you dont want in your computer progaming. it asks you to disable your anti-virus progam before downloading it. 3 guesses why. so they can bug your computer. it says so itself (quote) "Some anti-virus programs mistakenly pick up parts of Cheat Engine as a trojan/virus." see.
