Garchomp Because Garchomp is a Dragon type. Garchomp knows Better attacks than tyranitar . He also has more hp than tyranitar if the trainer diddn't put Hp ups.Tyranitar is still good but not as good as garchomp. They both have to be level 100 to make this a good answer.

Too many Dragon and ground types. A balanced team: Nidoking, Milotic, Tyranitar, Espeon, Glaceon, Lucario. Nidoking, Tyranitar, and Espeon can learn good TM attacks. T-Tar can learn Fire blast, thunder and a bunch of others. Lapras actually works better than Milotic though. You can also switch out the Lucario for Dialga.
