It depends on each person. However, most would most likely agree that the Nintendo Wii is more kid friendly than the Xbox considering that there are many kid friendly games for the Wii.

What are opinions on the better gaming system Xbox 360 or Wii?

The xbox 360 is definitely the better console with better graphics, online gameplay and game selection but the wii is very good value for money and quite entertainingWell... Nintendo has been in this industry for 20 years! Xbox just came out and has less experience. I don't hate the xbox, but Microsoft makes computers not only games! while Nintendo is faithful to video games!! Overall the Wii is better! While it is true that Xbox, being out for such a short time compared to Nintendo games, it has an extremely higher failure rate (red ring of DEATH) than the Wii. They both have a wide range of games, but Nintendo has more kid friendly games.

Is the playstation 3 a better game console than the wii?

What do you want to play on your system? If you are interested in Mario Brothers or Pokemon, you want a wii as those games are only available for Nintendo systems. The wii is also the most kid friendly of all the gaming systems. If you want a system that requires you to get up and move with the game, you'll want a wii or an Xbox 360 with Kinect, as Playstation doesn't have anything like that available. If you like first-person shooter games, the XBox 360 is the best choice. If you happen to have an HDTV, the Playstation has the best picture quality. Some other advantages of the PS3 are the built in media-center and the fact that the system is wireless capable. You'll be able to use the PS3 to play your MP3s.

Are there any games for the Nintendo Wii that are suitable for kids ages 3 to 10?

Nintendo Wii is a very kid-oriented console. Meaning that most games developed for the console are more likely to be children's games. It also depends on children's tastes. Some may like Dora the Explorer, and some may like Cars franchise. One game that is great for children is Mario Kart Wii.
