You have to get to kanto go to saffron city go inside a pink house by the train station go up stairs talk to a girl named copycat she'll tell you she lost her pokedoll in vermilion city go inside the the house down all the way ,< the arrow is pointng inthe last house(the little different looking one) go in the house and get the claffairy doll then once you leave a guy named steven will talk to you he'll tell you about a Pokemon from hoen later you'll find steven again at saffron city in the silph co. office building he'll say"if you were to choose a color which would you pick",you choose from red,green,blue treeko is green,torchic is red,blue is mudkip.steven is at a museum in pewter city.
