You can't find a wild wormadam, but a female burmy will evolve into it at lv 20. A male will evolve into mothim. Make sure burmy has the cloak you want wormadam to have. Trash cloak (the pink one, get it inside) gets you a steel-type wormadam, plant cloak (green, in grass, snow, or water) gets you a grass-type, and sandy (tan, in caves or on rocky ledges) gets you ground-type. All wormadams are bug-type. If you don't have a burmy, put honey on a tree. It may appear after a half day.
