You have to go on the way to the spear pillar and when there is to places where you can rock climb, you climb the first one (don't go to the one on top of the first one) then instead of turning left to go to the spear pillar, you turn right and go inside the cave. Then you use surf and use waterfall when you get to it and up the waterfall there is a cave. go inside and there is two pokeballs and they are the two orbs ( if you have a super rod you can fish in the waterfall and have 50% chance of catching dratini)
