So is the griseous orb (for giratina) which allows giratina to appear in it's origin forme outside of distortion world and it strenghthen giritina, ( as do all the other orbs. So sorry you can't.

The rock in the middle has a hidden item: Stone Plate. The Itemball to the right is the Lustrous Orb. As for Pokemon Diamond, you will get the Adamant Orb on Spear Pillar. You cannot get the Adamant Orb in Pokemon Pearl. Instead, you'll receive the Lustrous Orb on Spear Pillar.
