Here is a list of where and how to catch all legendary pokemons in sapphire.

Allways try and keep your MASTER BALL.

Kyorge

In the cave of origin but first you must dive just down mossdeep city and go down and yo will fine a cave. go through the tunnels and past the puzzles. Finally you will fine a sleeping kyorge. You will then fight with ARCHIE when you defeated him you then need to dive and go to SOOTOPOLIS CITY. go inside the cave of origin then fine Kyorge.

Rayquaza

After you defeated the champion FLY to PICIFIDLOG CITY. DIVE towards the RIGHT keep right at the top by the rocks.go in every gap of rock you can find . Just keep going up when there are gaps. It will lead you to SKY PILLAR. Try and get to the top. Then catch him. Try make him go to sleep and at least red health.

Latias

This is why you need to keep your MASTER BALL. Latias allways runs away. IF you have used the master ball get latias to the lowest health and maybe if you are lucky make her go to sleep. The next time you meet her she will have the same health as before. When you have become the champ go to the tv and look at it and see what it says.

Fly to Slatport city then go up. you go inside the (bike highway) cabin then come out. right to the left there is grass. flip through it and maybe latias will appear. Keep going in the cabin for every not latias Pokemon you meet. ( This is the best way catching Latias).

You need wailord and relicanth. Let wailord be in front and the other go in the last slot.

Go down the currents. near picifidlog city. dive in a weird place. Go through on tunnel by using strenght. the second room you use dig right in the middle. ONe regi is at the dessert one near lilycove city one by the sea very near petalburg city. they are quite hard to ctach so save before fighting them and you can have as many goes trying to catch it because if you run away it will dissapper the regis.
