well for starters you go to Floaroma city and go to the bridge then you use surf and follow the water then when you reach a area where there is a place in front and behind go to the place at the bottom go through the trees and you should be in a area full of flowers run around and you'll find some pokeballs go to them and press (A) you will find a Miracle seed and a Leaf stone.P.S they are all spead out and hope this helps
