The wizards tower is on a small island with a bridge to it across the sea. if you leave lumbridge and go away from the desert (Al-Kharid) you should come to a kind of sea. Follow the sea right. If you come to a small village back the way you came. You should see a stone bridge. Go over that to the wizard tower. Go up the stair and in a room there should be a Wizard called Wizard Traiborn.
