You would have to go to celedon city and go in the underground tunnel. you would go in the celedon gamecorner and flip the switch on the wall. then you go down stairs and fight all the bad guys and then when you battle giavanni and you win he will run away and drop it. when you pick it up you will have it. HAPPY!
