,(where he tells you to get the seventh gym badge) the seventh gym leader uses fire type Pokemon so having Suicune, Lugia, and Snorlax is an advantage.(snoralax can use water moves too... i don't know why cuz he's not even water type...)
the eighth gym leader has very strong Pokemon so level your Pokemon alot. Note: Blue is so strong he killed my level 70 ho-oh...
